Ophelia watched quietly for a second, a slight twist of empathy pulling at her. She bit down on her lip and closed her eyes, focusing herself before she opened them, leaning closer to R and again resting a hand on his shoulder, this time much more gently.
"Breathe. In and out, slowly." Her eyes fixed on his face and she offered a faint flicker of a smile, attempting to be reassuring. "Nothing is here that will harm you. None of what happened was real." The words were soft, slightly strained, but she was trying her best. She knew feelings like that, though typically they came from a much more physically real source. One hand moved to rub small circles on R's back and she sighed softly, hoping she was doing the right thing.
