It felt as though Hunter's body was freezing and burning at the same time. He could feel everything, from the water slick movement of Fawn's skin against his own to the hardened pebbles of her nipples pressing against his chest. It was overwhelming in too many ways.
Hunter had been overwhelmed a lot over the past month, as he became accustomed to being a werewolf. For the most part, his daily life wasn't greatly altered, unless it was around a moon, but even the small changes affected him. A month and a half prior, he might have just held onto his sister, teasing her for her naughty behaviour. Now, he couldn't help but notice the thrum of blood in the vein along her neck and feel his own heart start to beat faster.
"Yes. Yes, of course," he said suddenly, taking a step back. The pressure was just enough to break Fawn's grasp and he immediately felt guilty.
