It wasn't so much the child thing as the careful avoiding of skin to skin contact. She wouldn't bring it up though. There was no reason to discuss her abnormality with someone that would see it as such. She glanced down again and shrugged too. It was strange that she was so settled with the first year on her - someone her own age, she would likely be less so.
"No." Her eyes flickered to his face and she shook her head. "Asked if you were okay stuck here. You said many are stuck here." Ophelia shrugged again and looked at the window looking half into the lake for a moment. "Worked to answer but it's not a real answer."
