Liam looked down with a soft laugh, rubbing at the back of his head to buy himself some excuse, then shrugged, "Yea... you had something there, but you got it so all's well..."
Why couldn't he just admit he thought she was cute? Because they were friends, close friends; they pranked people together, they made crass jokes, they just enjoyed one another's company. It'd be weird, he'd add that dynamic and she'd feel awkward around him, it'd ruin things a bit. Or at least that's how it went in his mind.
Nodding he winked, "I prefer it when it's just the two of us. A lot less... loud." That and he got jealous when people started flirting with her; not overly so, but he felt it. How couldn't he? He laughed as they walked, "So glitter, the herpes of the arts and crafts world; why do i feel you're not using it for art as much as you are for... a craft of some sort."
Shaking his head as they walked along, "I'm sure I could manage a prank or two. Not really my forte, but I could pull off a whoopie cushion level prank. Not to brag or anything... and perfect man is pretty high praise."
