If Tony knew the truth about Wan's wandless magic, he might not be so impressed. For Wan, learning to use a wand was problematic. It didn't come easily or naturally to him. The swishes and flicks and rotations he had to remember for each spell was like trying to walk with weights dragging on him. But it was how real witches and wizards used magic. It was 'the dream'. One Auger-Eye couldn't help him with when he'd been teaching him the wandless magic goblins used.
Wan did need to remember to carry his wand more often, though. And practice with it.
He smiled brightly, far more genuinely than he had before, already pulling open the door as he did so, "Thank you, Professor Stark."
