Well at least she got straight down to business it seemed. But she also seemed quite determined to hate the situation. Sebastian sighed and ran a hand through his hair, trying to think about how to handle this the best way possible.
"I'm ok with this because I trust my uncle. He wouldn't make this choices quickly or without much thought to what might make me happy. This isn't about politics or who has more money or who's blood is purer like some of the marriages being set up, but about who he thinks would make me happiest, and I like to think that your parents did the same sort of reasearch for who would make you happiest if you'd give it a shot."
He turned to walk backwards and so he could properly face her. "You only do not wish to get to know me because you hate the situation, right? Isn't that a bit unfair to me? Your anger has colored everything you've decided about me so far, from my insulting flower, to my playful attempts to being friendly and flirty. Who knows, maybe you'll actually like me if you get to know me." he shrugged and stopped in front of her. "How about you try, forget about the engagement, forget about all of it and just get to know me. If we want to hate each other's guts by the end of the school year, I'll call it off."
