Re: Private to Sera
Her cousin was a nit picker. He was just as harsh a judge as her father was and she often felt herself torn between wanting to relax around him and feeling that she should be at her best still. She missed the way they were when they were little and things like propriety mattered little.
"You have no interest in any women at school?" She asked, curious. Serafina had lovers and fairly constant ones like Ash. She was discreet though and made sure that people didn't know about her endeavors, it would be improper to do so. But the mention of a quiet and subservient wife immediately made Sera tense. It wasn't her nature to remain quiet and it had been something her father had trained in her long ago. She could still remember being twelve and her father bemoaning that she was not a man because she would have been a perfect son rather than such a failure as a daughter. "I'm sure that the wife chosen for you will be a fitting one." And likely her. He would want to know everything that went on with her once that happened, so she figured that she might as well start now.
"That reminds me. I was invited to the jostar residence this weekend. I was planning on asking permission to floo to the house. The matron of the house and her grandson sent a formal invitation the other day. It would be an insult to refuse."
