Re: Private to Sera
"Honestly, I probably could. I'd rather read a book Inhave read a thousand times than to listen to the dull roar outside of this train compartment though." He was unsurprised that his cousin would roll her eyes. Swords and sword mastery were a given to Mikael, and considering the duo lived together, Serfina had been subject to more than her fair share of Mikael's obsession. Some people liked to dance, like his dear cousin and others liked to wield the power of a blade.
Mikael himself could care less about the politics of school. The head boy, head girl, prefect nonsense was lost on him. He had no desire to be a prefect and had actually been relieved last year to find he had not been chosen. However, if one were to play into that trivial matter, he supposed that Serafina was deserving. She was bright and her auto was that of a female who could live up to the position. "If you ask me it is their loss. It's a terrible mistake. By overlooking you they have left the school one asset less." He could, after all, say the right words when required.
Their future? What could his uncle be talking about? Their future was decided. They were to carry on the glory of the family name. "No....I didn't have an opportunity to speak with either of them. What is this about our futures, Serafina?"
