Brinley burst into laughter at the suggestion of cow tipping, "There aren't that many cows in Idaho, you know. Not even that many potatoes. Lots of barley though. Beer companies sure do love Idaho." She never took offense to the teasing about Idaho. Every state, hell, every place had some sort of stereotype to go with it. People though kids from California were all surfers and the ones from New York were from New York City. It was always fun to tease back as well too, and she knew Kea wouldn't care if Brinley threw some back at her.
"Well, you want to be an auror so even if you wanted to take it, it wouldn't do you much good. Plus, aurors don't really seem the type to be interested in divination. Looks like you guys had the right idea," Brinley nodded and gave a joking wink. She knew how much Keara wanted to be an auror and sometimes it felt like she was trying to recruit Brinley to do it as well.
When it came to the upcoming school year, she gave a shrug, "Not really. I mean, I'll stick to the basics for now, but I might see if I can have extra time with Transfiguration. I like that class and I'm good at it. What more could I want? What about you? Any class in particular you want to take? Or at least you're looking forward to?"
