Inside: Violet & Open to Any/Many (Drug Use)
Violet's bathing suit was a similar color to her eyes, so it made them pop out more. She wore the bathing suit with a plain white shirt over top that was a little sheer since it was kind of old, and a pair of shorts as well. Everything looked secondhand because it was. She wasn't sure why she was at the party. The party put her in a place with a lot of people she didn't want to talk to a lot of the time and a number of them she really didn't want to see. Even if they did tend to call her for some entertainment during the school year, she wasn't actively looking to draw their attention or remind them she existed.
So to avoid them, she made her way to a room. In her hand was a joint and she was lying down on a bed, staring at the ceiling as some smoke floated up from her lips where she exhaled. She remembered why she was at the party. Narissa. Her friend had been pretty insistent that Violet go and Violet learned never to argue with the other girl. Some fights weren't worth fighting, and arguing with Narissa seldom led to victory. At least for the opponent.
The drug worked through her system, relaxing her. She was hungry but didn't want to get up. She remained on the bed though, staring into nothing. When she closed her eyes she could see the stars there. Sagittarius. Scorpius. Aquila. Hundreds of years ago those stars were nothing but reminders of old stories. Despite her love for the actual science of the stars, Violet did enjoy that people once assigned so much meaning to them. They still meant something to witches and wizards.
Taking another drag, she felt her muscles relax even more. Just because she was at the party, didn't mean she'd have to be in it.
