Ben decided to let the subject go a second time when it seemed Tracey wasn't going to pursue it, and when Lia provided some explanation. Though he still didn't necessarily buy the logic of letting the enemy remain strong with a strong warrior, he understood that the debate would get them no where and they'd approach it again at a later date. So he just let his head nod in agreement, and left it at that.
Watching Tracey as she discussed the Hufflepuff, he leaned forward and shook his head, "Well then we need to find out who this kid is, if he's going to be made a target. We should probably find out who his parents are, lineage, make sure nothing will come back on us if we kill him. It might help to know his usual movements, places to hang out, so we can make sure we get him alone."
Ben grinned at Tracey, "Since you find him so cute, why don't you take that upon yourself to learn who and what he is?"
