"You are using your perceived smarts as a cover for not going after this woman who could, in fact, be a threat against us. Taking out potential threats as soon as possible only makes sense; killing her would instill fear, eliminate a threat, and tip the balances in this school further into our favor. We're already in high stakes of landing in Azkaban, in case you forgot you have blood on your hands Tracey. We can't run from risks because we happen to like someone, family is one thing, but a professor who can stand against us and cause us problems?" Ben shook his head looking between them both before finally shrugging, "I will stand by your decision, but I want it on record that I feel this decision is dangerous."
He then gave a bit of a snarl towards Tracey, raising a brow, "And I do not discount your abilities, I just have complete confidence in mine. The Professor would not last long against me. I assure you of that."
Ben's confidence was, generally, one of the bigger weaknesses of his, as it was usually a massive over confidence. Listening to her discuss their next target, he shrugged, "I don't know what you're speaking of, I don't pay attention to hair. but yes, if he's a pureblood but one of the 'nicer' ones, it'll prove useful." Ben was making sure not to push at Tracey too much this time. They had been doing well up to this point and he had no intention of completely ruining that. Not yet. Yet the contention was there, and in fairness it usually was.
"And if they do choose no, they die," Ben offered, "How would they be useful to us alive if they turned against us?"
