Ophelia watched the other two interact- not fighting, which was nice. It made life easier when Tracey and Ben weren't sniping at each other, especially since she was not feeling at her best by any means or measure. She shifted again to try and get more comfortable, closing her eyes for a moment. Alexei she only knew of because of her father, and she was relatively certain from the owl she had gotten that there were now discussions to pair her with him- discussion she didn't want. He wasn't interested (no matter what Tracey said, and she had said a bit) and so she didn't want to force it.
"His cousin broke the pairing." Because that was a simple way to put it without detailing how it had gone down. She leaned her head back against the pillows and ran over the conversation they'd had. It was uncomfortable. "He is... Not pleased. He loves her." Which felt like a sword through her heart but she refused to give any sign of it. It was her own business and no one else's how she felt. Well. Aside from Lae. But that didn't count.
"What they did to the Hufflepuff." She shrugged one shoulder, forcing back a wince this time. "Strengthening potions. I can do it." Permanent ones that would make him, and perhaps all of them, less fragile as people. Physically at least. It would be a way to make things happen without as much risk to their bodily integrity. She would be grateful for that. She didn't really want to see any of them hurt.
