Molly had spent the majority of the vacation- after that disaster with Gabe- club-hopping and paying attention to distractions more than anything else. She didn't much care about going back to school. It would be just like it had been, with a bit more discomfort to top it off, and she preferred being at home where she could ignore it all. At school she couldn't do that.
When Sera entered her compartment she offered the girl a smile. Molly didn't count many females as friends but Sera most definitely was one. The girl was fun and intelligent and she knew how to handle who Molly was, without trying to change her or worrying about her blood status (lack of?) too much.
"So, what news do you have for me. It better be something happy." A faint smile tilted Molly's lips as she spoke, moving her bag and legs so that Sera could sit down- her height allowed her to take up a great deal of the compartment if she wanted, but Sera needed a place to sit too.
