Ophelia was glad of it too. She had tried trusting people in the past and it didn't seem to end well. She needed to be more careful in the future. She knew that. The way things were, the public neutrality to even those who had been closest to her? That had to stay. But she needed to do more. Not for her parents, no, but for herself and her brother. There was a new world evolving and she wanted to be a part. She wanted her brother to have what she felt was his rightful place, since to her he deserved everything quite literally. Tracey too deserved good things, and having her brother and father around didn't offer that.
A small smirk curved her lips. "Others have to go." Because Tracey's father and brother would know the difference. The younger kids could be handled much more easily, the baby and the one who would soon be off to school. Lia knew very well that Tracey had loyalties much like her own. She was not loyal to an ideal so much as to those she loved and there was no one she loved more than Lae. That meant where he went she followed, and his path had to be cleared. "Brother. Father." She was already working on the idea in her head. Potions that were untraceable. Disposal of bodies. All of it. Her lips curved even more as she considered.
Ophelia nodded faintly. "Hard. But has to happen." Because it was for Laertes. It would hurt and she imagined it wouldn't just be while it was happening. But if it helped in the long run? She would do it. She had to. There wasn't even an option in her head in this case. "Ben?" Because he could rather easily hold her down while Tracey worked and they could plan it all together. That way too she didn't have the fear of being tied. She was simply being held by a friend.
