James kind of watched her, and ran the thoughts through his mind. People would call them crazy, and there was always the fear that if he married her, he'd be keeping a giant secret from her. Would he ever reveal it? He couldn't, could he? He just watched her, searching her eyes. He was going to catch hell from this from his superiors who distinctly told him 'don't get attached'.
But he did love her, he'd grown to at least, and they shared a bond he really never thought possible for him. Taking a deep breath, he stared at her a moment, before he then took her hand and dropped to his knee to look up at her.
