Oblivious to the homicidal thoughts that ran through his mind, Rey simply felt the way his hand tightened around her's. She knew he didn't want to be out here, but she hoped that he could let go of that anger. She still didn't know where it came from.
Instead, she smiled as she moved to slide in her seat beside her father and tugging Ben to sit beside her. Her father gave them both the same calm, slightly indulgent smile that he always did. She adored her father and aunt and uncle and it showed the moment she saw all of them.
"I managed to get our grump to come out of his cave." She teased, her hand squeezing his lightly to show she was trying to be playful.
