Who: James and Serafina Where: Quinque Alley When: 12/23/2015, late afternoon. What: Last Minute gift shopping during Winter Break Rating/Warnings: TBD Status: Ongoing | Closed
James had spent the better part of the day collecting and purchasing the last minute items for gifts for friends, relatives back home, and people at the office. Further, he'd gone out of his way to get a few gifts for people at the school as well, both because of the people he actually liked and because it kept up appearances after all. Dressed in black trousers, and a black suit jacket of high quality, worn over black vest atop white shirt, topped with a black tie tucked beneath the vest and a white pocket square to match the shirt, and finished with a pair of black leather gloves, a high-end watch, and a pair of ray bands it was obvious that the out-of-school attire of James was something to behold.
Marching through the streets of Quinque Alley, James moved with a confident stride, moving past those who stared or gave him a second glance for whatever reason, while ducking into a new store in order to find yet another gift for one more person on his list. Upon entering the store, and removing his sunglasses, the unknown Auror Agent began to make his way through the aisles in search of something that would jump out for him. It was a shop of antiquities, but also of classical music, posters, pictures; it was just a place that paid homage to the decades that'd come before, it was a place he appreciated and the new person on his list would greatly appreciate something from here.
Bag of items in hand, James had thought of heading back to his place to drop things off before continuing, but had considered that one last stop wouldn't hurt him. As he moved throughout the store, while seemingly unawares of anyone in the store, he was actually quite aware and had the number of people inside memorized completely, with a steady idea of where they were located in relationship to him, and the exit, at all times, so when he ended up seeing Serafina in the place, it wasn't so much a surprise as it was a pleasant coincidence.
Smirking, he moved towards one of the areas near her, but said nothing and instead began to rummage through one of the items near by.
