Who: Molly and Gabe When: 18 December - VERY early morning Where: Slytherin Common What: Star Wars Opening Night - sneaking back in Rating/Warnings: None -FTB on probable sex Status: Closed/Complete Molly had carefully planned her costume for quite some time, down to the lightsaber that Gabe had given her for her birthday. She hadn't really expected to be able to pull off going to the opening night, but somehow he had planned it out and they all managed it. And it was entirely worth it. She had been enthralled from the opening music to the final credit roll, and she was grateful that he had come up with the idea.
Sneaking back in was a bit harder, and they got hit hard with detentions for what they did. Fortunately it was almost winter break though and so Professor Stark was probably a bit more lenient than he could have been. Molly and Gabe headed back to the common after the lecture, the blonde hardly able to hold in her giggles.
Fortunately the tight time line meant that the detention was not prolonged. Sure it would cost much of the Hogsmeade time, but they were going home soon anyway. And Gabe always liked doing his shopping at the last minute anyway, but then it was the kind of pressure he thrived under. So losing that… well it was worth it to see Molly this kind of happy. "Worth detention?"
Molly grinned at Gabe, her eyes moving to his face as she nodded. “Totally a million percent worth it!” Because it was Star Wars! Aside from the prequels - which she tried to take with a grain of salt typically since they could have been amazing- there was no way she would have anything but enjoyment with regard to the movies. “Seriously, Gabe. This was an amazing idea. Thank you.”
"It seemed like a big deal." And he'd heard Molly and Dom talking about it - and lamenting missing the opening for a while now. His money had to be worth something after all. His club-friends had helped him with tickets since he wasn't an expert in muggle things and it was, apparently, something you needed to buy tickets in advance for. "To see it the first day and not have to wait until you got home." Gabe was the first to indulge in the immediate pleasures.
Molly nodded. “It means a lot to me. It's something I've always loved, since I was really small. The idea of not seeing the first show just sucked.” But he had pulled it out for her and Dom, and the rest of the people interested. She took his hand almost distractedly as they walked, barely noting that she had initiated the contact.
Gabe swung their hands a little as they returned to the their common. "Well you know, it wasn't clubbing, but I'm used to the whole sneaking about thing." He'd been quite underage when he started. That he was barely legal age now wasn't something he worried about. "And it's more fun to do things when it's a little bit wrong."
“I know you are. We could have gotten in a lot more trouble though so I'm grateful.” She knew he wasn't as into the movies as she was and so the fact that he was willing to risk detentions just for something that was important to her was nice.
"I think Professor Stark was amused, honestly," Gabe didn't have him as a professor, but thought perhaps the whole Adrian's teammates thing might have worked in their benefit. He wasn't opposed to taking advantage of those kinds of things if it helped him get away with things. He paused at the entrance to her dorms. "I'm glad you enjoyed it."
“He's not huge on following rules himself.” From what she had seen he had made a great deal of money in breaking rules. When she noticed that they were at her dorm she smiled, brushing a kiss over his lips playfully. “I did enjoy it, a lot.”
"No, but he is a Professor." Gabe answered. Then arched a brow at the kiss. "That's it? I take you to Star Wars… and that's the kiss you give me?"
A wicked smirk at his words and she raised a brow. “I can give you a better one if you want me to come to your room…” Because deeper kisses often led to more with them and she didn't think that would be wise in public.
"We're probably in enough trouble already," Gabe replied, though didn't actually say no. It was clear the idea was tempting. He had no Friday classes afterall. And really, trouble didn't bother him that much.
“Nobody down here.” Which meant no one would see her go to his room instead of her own. Her fingers trailed lightly over his cheek and she grinned again. “You know it'll be fun.”
Gabe knew it would be. It always was. And she had been beautiful in her enjoyment of the movie. She was beautiful. "I didn't say it wouldn't. But you're already in trouble with Professor Stark."
“And I'm so terribly upset. Can't you tell?” Her eyes met his and she grinned wickedly, taking his hand again. “Come on. Live a bit. It'll be fun!” She began to move toward the other staircase, eyes sparking with mischief.
"Fuck, I don't have class with him tomorrow." Gabe wasn't about to turn her down if she wanted to keep the party going. He just hoped sex didn't end up a disappointment after her movie. It was unlikely - more likely the party would continue through the hookup too.
“Excellent.” Molly smiled, though she was quiet as they walked up the stairs and into the dorm. It seemed unwise to make noise and wake up his roommates. When they were in his bed she murmured a silencing charm, then leaned toward him, kissing him much more deeply this time.
