Oh, same. I’m not up with all the popular fandoms. i’ve seen maybe a handful of episodes of supernatural, one of vampire diaries, a couple of teen wolf, a few once upon a time, no doctor who, and so on, but none of them really compelled me. I’m not a big TV watcher; the only thing I’m really following right now is Under the Dome, and only ‘cause I read the book a few times. So I’m quite accustomed to knowing nothing about the character I’m playing against =D
I can only really judge by movies since I have trouble getting into comics, but the general idea’s the same -- mutants and humans have trouble coexisting due to prejudices (kind of on both sides). In her world, there’s a sect of “scientists” who make a practice of kidnapping mutants to study them which is tantamount to simply doing experiments on them (or in Juliet’s case, using them to track down other mutants) so to counter that, there are mutants and mutant-friendly humans that have created various safe-houses around the world to give mutants a haven while politicians continue to politic about “mutant rights” and other such nonsense. I mean, it’s heavily based on the X-men verse, but minus all the canon.
Yeah. She’ll know all about how to do it, but I have a feeling she’s going to be a little testy with clients that rub her the wrong way. And she’ll probably encourage him to do the same >:D Because she has a little evil streak in her.
