"Well, that's alright, I suppose." Diana mocked indigence, flipping her hair with a hand. "Though, you never know, you might enjoy them!" It was almost comical to picture someone like Logan reading romance novels. She almost wanted to see it. As for parallel universes, timewarps, and the like? Well, Diana tried not to think about it, either. She had no way of understanding it. There was no how to magic. That's what separated it from science. Science you could explain with logic and reason. Magic had a will of its own and defied the aforementioned.
Diana almost felt safer walking with him. Logan seemed like he knew how to take care of himself, and she could feel a slightly dangerous aura radiating off of him, yet he didn't come off as harmful to her. She tended to trust her sixth sense about people.

Diana didn't suppose whatever brought them here, this enigmatic Management, had particularly foul intentions for the lot of them. Perhaps it was some trickster god, attempting to teach them all some valuable lesson. The possibilities were endless, and right now Diana didn't want to make assumptions. She needed to continue observing and researching.
"I do like gold stars. Happy validation goodness. Of course, I like money more. Green paper makes for extra happy validation goodness."
