Jeremy had already spoken to Stefan before they went to work. Stefan told him he'd be there after his show. He sat in Anna's trailer, waiting for her and had almost gone to see Elena instead, to try and talk to her, but maybe with the three of them, they could come up with something. Jeremy being here wasn't enough, there had to be more. Something else that hopefully involved no one dying.
He didn't want to involve Damon. Damon did this, made her turn it off. Damon was the answer to a lot of things that had happened to Jeremy and even if they weren't, it was easy to blame him. Damon was only after what he wanted, not what anyone else wanted and so Stefan being the lesser of two evils was more preferable to him. At least Stefan would let Elena make her own decisions, even as stupid as they were, he would. But they were all in agreement (even Damon, even if he wasn't involved) that Elena needed to turn it back on.
"Hey," he said, giving her a shy smile as she walked in. He'd seen her in her costume a lot of times and it had gone past being awkward. Now it was like he was looking forward to seeing her that way. She looked good. Everytime she walked in the trailer, the first thing she did was take her hair down and that just added to it. But that wasn't what this was about right now. It was about Elena.
"I talked to him, he should be over soon. Maybe ... you should change," he said, feeling a little possessive. Not that he was threatened by Stefan Salvatore and not that ... it really mattered. Did it?
"Maybe with the three us, we could do something about Elena. She can't fight us all off, right?" He felt a little twinge of guilt because even though he didn't like Damon right now, maybe he should be involved. He was Elena's boyfriend.
