On her part, Chloe inched closer. She didn't really want to seem creepy but if she could at least place a hand on his arm or something, she would be able to tell if he really wasn't hurt. Usually when people were hurt, her hand would get warm, if it was a small injury it would fade quickly but if it was something big, it burned and hurt until she passed out.
Considering this man was standing, she didn't think passing out would be an issue. Well, not for her, anyway. "I'm okay," she assured him. "But you seem pretty..." maybe freaked out wasn't the best word she could choose. She didn't want to bruise his ego and have him walk away if he really was freaking out. Not that she could blame him if he was. Normal people didn't usually have experiences dealing with riots.
"Do you need help getting her some place safe?" she offered instead, nodding toward the cow.
