She had no idea how long she'd been asleep when she woke up, startled by the loud knocks on the door. It felt like she'd rested just about five seconds, though. Her entire body felt heavy and sore from moving things outside of the damn housecar all day. Everything she could, anyway. And it wasn't much. A lot of the things in there were too heavy for her to move on her own, which was why she had posted her note on the boards to begin with. She hadn't been lying about letting people take anything she wasn't going to need, but she figured that would entice more people to come help her.
A few people showed up, which helped and she did have enough space now where she managed to set up her bed and small table on her side of the housecar, but everything was still dirty and dusty so she was far from comfortable. Not that she planned on sticking around for long anyway.
Chloe brushed her hair from her face as she made her way to the door and instinctively searched for a light switch. Once she remembered where she was, she groaned and shook her head, suddenly feeling a lot more awake. She couldn't help but wonder if some other person had seen her note and decided that the middle of the night would be a good time to come by and move the crap she had offered. While it was definitely cooler than during the day, she could barely lift a muscle, let alone go back to carrying all that junk.
"Look, if you saw the note, I'm really not planning on--" she started to say as soon as she opened the door and then stopped, her eyes widening when she saw who was on the other side. "Oliver?"
