There's already UST with Nico I think, but I'm sure it'll get more lol. And I can't imagine they WON'T take the opportunity to try Xavin out, just probably not until next season. And I wonder if they'll hire two separate actors to play him, male and female. It'd make sense. And yes I laughed at the Scientology comparisons.
