I think it's an easy enough thing to address with "lol time kerfuffles" as much as I don't like time travel as a "fix it button" without consequences, but TUA at least addresses consequences to mucking things up. Like with the multiple spoiler events there in s2. I know Aidan's gonna be 17 way too soon for him to be 13 still as Five, and even though he's young, you can see he's grown up so much in just the span of a year/year and a half between shooting s1 and s2. At some point he's probably gonna hit another growth spurt, too... Yeah they just will have to "time kerfuffle" it, but I think there's some idle background work that's been set up that can help with that. And there's just no way they didn't think about this when casting given kids do that weird thing where they grow up.

Anyway! I really hope s3 will be confirmed sooner rather than later, and sorry to just like random word dump on you lol Thanks so much for capping this show! And dividing it by the actors! :D
