Yeah, I'd rather not have to find out. Being a leader means one thing: at some point you will fail. It's human nature. And that failure, that mistake, will have consequences. If you're lucky, the consequences aren't bad. If you're not, they are. In both cases, it is your fault and you have to deal with the aftermath and try to convince the people you're supposed to lead that you're still best for the job. All the while wondering if that's really true. Is there really no one better?
