"That's true," she agreed, "We should definitely familiarize ourselves with this whole area." It was certainly a good idea to know your surroundings. Hermione nodded again, "Knowing the terrain is a definite. A map would be brilliant. Especially if we have to get from one place to another quickly," she added. If she had a map, she could probably apparate if necessary, but Hermione figured she'd absolutely need a map if she even wanted to risk it. Otherwise, it seemed too dangerous to travel that way.
Hermione grinned, "The kid thing should definitely work to our advantage," she said. It didn't necessarily work back where she was from, considering everyone knew Harry Potter, but here... she was just another teenager and so was Sam, which could definitely be helpful.
Sam asked about dragons and Hermione ducked her head with a little laugh. "At school, actually." She shrugged one shoulder, "One of the classes we were required to take had to deal with all sorts of animals. Dragons weren't exactly the top of the list but...," she trailed off, thinking of just how much hands-on experience she actually had with the animals, "They came up anyway." Hermione looked over to him as they headed toward the library, "Did you take a class on dinosaurs? Or how did you learn about them?"
