"I am here, Sam," Cas said, his hand was tight in Sam's as it was in the dream. "It's alright Sam. You're safe. Just as I promised. You're in your bed at the camp. This is real. The camp is real and you are safe here."
Cas wasn't sure it was true. Safer, perhaps. In this moment with Cas at his side, alone in their room he was as safe as Cas could make him. "Relax, Sam. Breathe. I am here."
