"I'm not self-righteous," she snapped at him, "I was protecting my family. I'm a mother now and a wife, if you ever get you head out of your ass and start a family, you'll see what's the like," she crossed her arms over her chest, staring at him. "I see being an ass is still working for you though."
Sam looked around again and then back at him, "I've just been..." she sighed, "Looking over the camp, learning all I can about it, without being seen, what I was trained to do and before you get all snappy, just because I'm doing this doesn't mean a thing, just old habits die hard, you know." Sam sounded like she was trying to convice herself more then him.
