WHO: Stefan and Elena nevergivesup WHAT: Meeting face to face for the first time in months. WHERE: East sector of camp. WHEN: Nighttime. RATING: tbd STATUS: complete!
Stefan knew he probably shouldn't have given into Elena on this matter considering it was more dangerous here in camp with Klaus so close by, but he couldn't tell her no, especially not after all the times he had been watching her with desperation and loneliness, so eager to be with her again. And he said it would only be for a little bit, so they would be okay, wouldn't they? Stefan was pretty sure Klaus wasn't just strolling around the camp in the middle of the night. He was probably either sleeping, eating someone, or exploring out in the jungle. Didn't matter, as long as he wasn't anywhere near the east sector of camp. There would be severe consequences if he found out his ripper was visiting one of the people he told him to expressly avoid. But as Stefan was standing there in the shadows by the dining hall, he knew here was no turning back from this.
This or whatever might come after. So he did his best to quell his bit of nervousness, swallowing the lump in his throat and licking his dry lips.
The man perked up when he heard someone wandering around the place that was so different than the sounds of the soldiers. The footsteps were lighter, more careful almost. Elena, it had to be. Stefan put himself together and pulled away from the wall, moving quickly towards the female figure from the darkness, his green eyes going wide and a sigh coming to his lips. "Elena," he whispered in question, waiting for a reply.
