Anyone looking at Theodore when he was chosen as a captain would have seen his eyes widen a little, but it didn't last more than a second. The first thing he did was sit down with the group and ask for any general ideas... these ideas were written down, then narrowed down until one was selected. Then they brainstormed specifics, which were listed below. By the end, everyone had a list of items they were responsible for making before the next class. He'd also reviewed everyone's schedules and picked a time to meet and work over the weekend. He was very detailed, and completely dispassionate.
If Zacharias was mouthy, Theodore would have ignored him entirely, skipping over anything he had to contribute to the conversation. If it got particularly bad, he might have made a dry joke about how in his own personal Wiztopia, Zacharias would shut his mouth.
