Tracey was privately a little FML at this, but then looked over at Regina's team and decided it could be much, much worse. She promptly started a list, asked everyone for suggestions, and was like, "okay, perhaps it would be more efficient if we took a divide and conquer approach to this task" then suggested that they delegate things.
She also noted down what evenings various people had prefect patrols and Quidditch practice to best work in with everyone's schedules.
