Re: 6th Years Reactions
When she called on him Lance leapt to his feet like it was the thing he was born to do and introduced himself (to the entire room, not just Professor Carrow, because some people still don't know how to say his name properly and he's always eager for an opportunity to show them) and added that he'd started reading the textbook and found it FASCINATING.
'The problem with muggles, as I see it, is that they can't be satisfied with what they have. They didn't like slow travel so they invented machines that go so fast they cause thousands of deaths every day. They don't like their own countries so they invade others and kill as many of the original inhabitants as they can. They find out we can do magic so they steal it from innocent witches and wizards who will never be able to cast a spell even though it's their birthright. If they kept to themselves and accepted that they don't know better than what nature intended there would be a lot less trouble for them, and for us.'
YEAH HE HAD A FEELING SHE'D ASK SOMETHING LIKE THIS. He came prepared.
