Closing her laptop and pushing her office chair away from her desk, Sullie got to her feet and beelined it for the kitchen, pulling blonde tresses back into a ponytail on the way. What had possessed her to bake that morning she wasn't entirely sure, aside from the fact she was entirely too bored, but she was glad she had. And glad that Morgan wanted some since that meant she would be getting out of her house tonight.
Grabbing a container from the cupboard, she went about putting together a box full for her friend, tucking them away neatly before snapping a lid onto the square container. That was slipped into a grocery bag, a small container of icing following suit. Sullie tied the bag off and then carried it to the door, leaving it there for a brief moment as she went to slip her feet into a pair of sneakers and pull a jacket on over her bare arms. It was chilly out! Grabbing her purse and digging her keys out, she yanked the bag of goodies back up into her grip before exiting through the door, locking up behind her before she headed down towards her vehicle.
Morgan was probably one of her closest friends in Seattle, which was why she had no qualms whatsoever in venturing out after dark, though twenty-five minutes had easily turned into forty-five minutes by the time Sullivan reached his front door. She was terrible with directions, he had to have known that by now, so it wouldn't come as a complete shock that she got turned around once... okay, maybe twice. It didn't really matter, did it? She was there now. Lifting one shoulder, she shrugged the strap of her purse back into place and shifted the grocery bag containing the container of funfetti cupcakes and icing from one hand to the other. Lifting her free hand, she knocked the back of her knuckles against the door. Leaning in, she pressed her forehead to the flat surface in front of her calling, "Moooorgan," through it.
