Of course this is okay - like I said, whenever you need a check-in post and there isn't one yet, please do make one :) I have been approximating and failing at time zones myself - basically as long as it's kinda sorta been a day since the last one, absolutely go for it.
Congrats on the cycling, that is truly excellent on a belly full of turkey! Well done.
As for me, yesterday was a bust, but it was always going to be - horrid stressy workload plus Alsha's work Christmas dinner at night - I had three ciders but I needed them because it was alternatively stunningly dull, cringily awkward and downright offensive - drunk paramedics are obnoxious, y'all. I was good with the food though - got the vegetarian platter which was asparagus and a bunch of other veg. Okay, and Halloumi but but CHEEEEEESE!
So yeah, didn't have 5 spare minutes to squeeze in any exercising. Not entirely sure about today and tomorrow as the workload is the same or worse and I am just crawling for the weekend. I will try to squeeze in at least the occasional push-up.
