Christmas day check-in
You guys are all prob taking today off so it's really unfair of me to post this now, but I haven't posted for a few days and I'm not really known for tact so...
So I've been behind on my work out. Most days I EITHER stretch OR walk up the stairs but not both. Still better than I was last month I guess.
Food is weird. I either eat very little all day or I eat too much, and sometimes there's a lot of dessert around but other times it's ALL the mandarin oranges ever.
I did make progress on finding a gym. There's one that's 7 minutes from my house by streetcar (15 min total counting my walk to the streetcar stop and the 4 min average wait) and the website says it has resistance machines but there are no proper pictures so I have to check it out. It's a bit more expensive than the one that's closer to my house, but it does have a 12 month plan that's cheaper so I might pay for the first month and then if I like it switch to the 12 month plan. Cancellation fee is less than a month-by-month fee anyway so it's not a big commitment but it's still big enough to nudge me to work out (once I had a subscription to an AMAZING new gym at my old uni but I got a huge discount and it ended up being like 8$ a month and that wasn't enough to shame me into going).
