Those bars are good for portioning out as little treats. I'm not saying I could do it but theoretically it's a possibility. And I'm sure that's cultural research right there.
Grass cutting definitely counts; mostly because I always let the grass grow to unmanagable lengths but vigorous grass counts too.
I walked to work and did my stretching/moving. I didn't get a walk around the shops but I transferred between offices so there was walking in between. I did quite well in the pool, I felt like I was actually swimming competently instead of just doing the best I could.
I cut out a snack as planned and didn't even have to go for the optional drink although I did have another roast turkey lunch :P
I ate more biscuits while icing the ones I made yesterday - the slightly doughy first batch are just soooo yummy. I do like stodgy, chewy biscuits and they're perfect. So I chewed gum to stop me nibbling throughout, which was just as well because it took me two hours.
Now I'm going to yawn for 30 minutes before I put the biscuits away and then fall asleep to dream about biscuits.
