Posting here for Sunday because I don't want to be super obnoxious and do another daily check in. But I managed to go to the gym, 20mins on the cross trainer, some leg work to help my knee. Then I went on the bike, watched an Antique programme on the BBC and at the start and then on the completion of every mile I slowed while I did 15 reps with 1kg arm weights to try and improve my underarm skin tone (6 sets, 5.something miles).
Then I came home to do my cooking. I'm making biscuits instead of cards, except for the office where they have all the sweets ever. I'm giving them a balanced ish lunch which includes making sausages, soup and jelly fruit cups.
Amongst the Christmas ones I tried some Weeping Angel cookies
but the recipe was too bread-like so they lost their definition. And two of them mysteriously vanished...
But I kept my portions reasonable at dinner (I think). I dared myself onto the scales at the gym and I have actually lost 1.5kg so Thursday was a massive blip to be ignored. Here's to doing the best we can in the coming week!
