Daily Check-In (Tuesday)
How are we doing Fitskimos? I'm keen to hear from everyone else.
I was fairly meh about today: I tried to stick to my food plan but had a sandwich (turkey and cranberry on the fluffiest, yummiest ciabatta) instead of soup as we went out for a colleagues lunch and the soup in the cafe was Parsnip & Lemon XP
But apart from that I stayed on plan and when my chocolate/sweetie treat at the end of the day came to being either 2g over or 1g under I went for 1g less (one jelly piggy less).
Look how delish these piggies are - that was strong of me!
But in the gym I got on an exercise bike, tasting victory by getting the last one before a guy who was eyeing it up while I stretched my calves.
AND THIS HAPPENED!
