so today I had to haul around 14 kg of cat food and litter for about 20 minutes and also had to go pick stuff up and drop stuff off and I ended up doing more than 12000 steps!
I also did my regular stretching routine, but I noticed that m right ankle has been hurting again. I'm pretty sure my whole tendinitis issue was related to my snow boots and now that it's snowing again it seems to be back :( Last year it took around 10 months for my foot to recover, so I'm being extra vigilent this year. I did 2 full sets of range of motion exercises and stretched out my achilles tendon really well.
Off to bed now. Travel day tomorrow. Won't be able to do my actual stretching routine but I can prob get some basic stuff done at the airport.
