Daily check-in
I had a long and stressy but surprisingly successful day yesterday. Somehow squeezed in my full workout and felt really good afterwards. Got through almost my entire pile of work. Didn't have time to really cook so had a fruit salad and heaps of veg and uh, maybe some nuts? I don't even remember but it was accidentally healthy I think, lol.
Today I have a massive workload again but it should be the worst/last for the week as I'll be wrapping up my huge horror job. I want to make time for the workout again but I won't be mad if I can't, as I'm pretty happy with how often I've done it this week.
