Amelia sighed from behind the counter, she didn't mind working with her brother or even at his wine shop. Though there was a part of her that would rather be at home. Her hazel eyes looked around the room as her mind took note of the outfits that women wore these days, sure some were cute and sexy, but in her cold heart she knew that the 50s style had better clothes. Which was probably why she continued to wear clothes that fit as clothes as she could find to that era. Like tonight she was wearing a black polka dot dress that looked very similar to one she had once owned during that time. Well she did until she had stained it with blood. A small smirk came to her lips as she remembered that night.
After a few moments a man's voice pulled her out of her thoughts, her eyes looked at him. She had been enjoying her memory, but now it had passed thanks to the idiot standing before her. She sighed lightly as she grabbed the wine bottles he had set on the counter and rang them up. She didn't mind working at the wine store, she just wished on some nights that she didn't have to deal with people. She handed him his change and receipt while smiling at him, though the smile only lasted until the customer had walked away. Her eyes glanced around as her mind thought about how she hoped her brother had seen the smile, even if it was a fake one. For Amelia, her brother was the one person that had truly seen her real smile in the years since her sweet side had gone. Well it wasn't fully gone, but she had pushed it done so that only someone truly special or important could witness it.
