Bad Influence
Who: Jodi and TJ
Where: The Hyperion
When: Saturday, February 26th
Since TJ hadn't seen Jodi at work, she decided to surprise her girlfriend and see how she was doing. She made her way into The Hyperion dressed in ripped denim short-shorts and a purple, three-quarter length sleeved shirt, her long hair held back with a black and white hairband and a sultry smile on her face. No more than two months ago she would have been SALIVATING at the idea of being in a building full of sweaty strong women. Now? Not so much. Funny that.
Thankfully, Mr. Giles wasn't around today... because he'd have shit a BRICK had he seen some total civilian just come walking into their training ground. Granted, there were spells cast to prevent anyone meaning them harm from entering, but still. Luckily, only a few watchers and slayers were around right now. Unfortunately for Kayla, she was one of the slayers currently burdened with "The Informer", as the Slayers tended to call her, trying to help with her training. Yes... Jodi was in total "Let's imitate Isabella" mode. Meaning? She was standing there, watching Kayla, cutely intense look on her face, adjusting her glasses as she wrote something down in that little notebook of hers. "Ms. Barrrrrrrrrnes.... you're getting sloppy! You should be swinging the quarterstaff at least a half foot lower... you're not going to do much damage at that height with that swing..." And how cute was it that Jodi was trying to look both sophisticated and beautiful? She wore a black and white business skirt, with a tight white buttondown and black tie. "You can do better and you KNOW it."
Luckily Kayla was still working on her anger issues, hm? Then again, she only refrained from pulling a Faith because she knew that it would reflect badly on Gabriel. Despite the fact that they hadn't really spoken since she broke it off with him (she'd decided to give him some space where that was concerned), she didn't want her performance to reflect badly on him—Which was why she just grinned and bore it when Jodi gave her directions. "You know. It's kinda hard taking directions from someone who's close to ten years yonger than me..." She muttered. So, maybe Jodi had a point. She wasn't about to say that...
"Even if she's younger... she's good at observing people," TJ said from behind them, joining her hands behind her back as she approached the pair. "You should at least consider what she says."
Jodi's face visibly lit up when she heard TJ's voice, and that's when Isabella AND Kayla would see a side of the girl unlike what they usually saw: an adorable, ridiculously in love young girl. She ran to TJ, hugging her longingly. "What're you doing here?"
"Figured I'd surprise you," the older girl said with a flirty smile, wrapping her arms around Jodi and lifting her off the ground. Okay. So she might've missed her. STFU. "Surprise."
Considering that little display was something that Kayla did to Chloe ALL THE TIME? ...Well, she wasn't gonna make fun. Instead, she said: "I'll keep that in mind," and decided to go into another room to leave them alone.
"Kayla's kind of a grump." Jodi said with a frown, watching her stomp off. "Im JUST trying to help her..." She took a quick look around to see if anyone else had noticed TJ come waltzing in...
"I see that," TJ replied with a husky laugh. The only girl nearby at the moment was Melaka, and considering she didn't really know Slayer/Watcher politics? She could give a RAT'S ASS that a civvie was at the Hyperion. What she did do, however, was give Jodi a wink.
And did Jodi actually BLUSH a little there? Hell to the YES. Melaka was kind of a SuperBabe, ok? She looked back to TJ and rocked on her heels sweetly. "You look SO great..."
"Says you..." TJ replied with a husky laugh, eying Jodi up. "I LOVE ties." She tugged at said tie sweetly. "And short skirts..." She added.
"Ohhhhhboy. Ok, YOU are gonna make me melt into a little puddle of goo right here and right now if ya don't stop that..." Jodi said with a look that seemed to plead for her NOT to stop.
"Maybe I don't wanna..." TJ replied, still tugging on that tie. Okay, so maybe seeing Jodi being smart and bossy got her going. STFU.
"Teeeeejaaaaaaaaaaay..." She whined adorably, eyes widening. "What exactly are we gonna do? It's not like we're at HOME or anything!" Ah, if only Jodi KNEW what half the slayers here have done within these very walls, hm?
TJ chuckled. She was used to having sex in unconventional places, after all (and let's not think about the incident with Ariana, shall we?). "You'd really let that stop you?"
"TJ!!" Jodi went all wide-eyed again, before suddenly giving a hilariously conspiratorial look around, as if making sure nobody was watching them. "Fine. Let's go find one of the empty rooms. You are SUCH a bad influence on me!"
"Puh-lease. I sometimes think it's the other way around," TJ replied. Okay, so that was a lie. Still holding Jodi's tie, she tugged on it and led the younger girl upstairs. "Pick a room." Lovely!
