Who: Andais & NPC Liam (her other guard) & NPC Unnamed Unseelie Sidhe
Where: The Beach near the pier
When: Monday, Dec. 6th, afternoon
Andais sat upright in a cold sweat in the middle of her bed. She had been having a nightmare and waking up in bed alone didn’t help things. She glanced around and bit her bottom lip. She stuck her head out of the main door of her suite and asked Liam where Deacon was. When she was told that he went out, her already sour mood sunk even further. She slid the door closed and got cleaned up, showering and pulled her hair into a braid. She got dressed almost mechanically. She wore a long black skirt and a black long sleeved top. She wasn’t feeling great because of how she had woke up, add on that she was up nearly four hours before she usually got up. She was just plain irritable. She walked out of her room and asked the other guard where Deacon was again. When she was told that he was still out running errands, she felt her mood sink even further. “I wish to go out onto the beach for a long walk.” she told him simply. She didn’t even wait for him to follow her, knowing that he would. She walked down the stairs and out of the house.
She walked down the beach, needing some fresh air. At least that’s what she had decided would help. She walked down the breezy beach, her guard not too far behind her. She walked so far down the beach that they finally came to the pier. She rarely had walked that far. She stood near the pier, leaning against one of the pylons. “Did you see the dolphins out there?” she asked her guard as she walked closer to the water, staying near the pier.
After texting the team, he ran out of the house behind her. He’d caught up quick, fear of Deacon far outweighing fear of her. He turned away from her, knowing that it would be only a few moments before she was drugged and grabbed. It would make his life so much easier. They could kill her and then he wouldn’t have to deal with her insanity and the sithen would be forced to choose someone else. And he’d be rid of her, that was the most important thing. She made his life miserable every day with how she treated him.
Andais was focused on trying to get her mood better. She didn’t want to go home to her Deacon in a bad mood. The sun hurt her eyes, so she tried to stay in the shade of the pier. She felt an arm wrap around her, and settle on her mouth, and the prick of a needle in her neck before she could even scream. It was a matter of seconds as the needle slipped out of her skin before she slumped into the arms of the faerie behind her, unconscious. It was probably the only way that they’d be able to keep her under control.
Liam looked at the men and nodded his head. He knew that he had to go back to the house, that was part of the plan, act like she disappeared again. That was his job. She’d done it so many times before that it wouldn’t be hard to get people to believe that she did it again. Serves her right. Her and Deacon, the self righteous man. He still couldn’t believe she went against tradition and Chose her consort. Her shenanigans shouldn’t have been tolerated by the future queen of the Unseelie.
