Although they'd been back in town for the greater part of the week, this was the first Patience had been to Avarice since...well, since the concert. Unlike some people, she wasn't morally opposed to being here. After all, it was kind of her place of employment. She assumed. CJ probably wanted to kill her by now, but she'd treat the girl to a few shots on her. (Maybe even literally. Body shots were a birthday tradition for everyone...right?!?)
Seated to Pat's right and dressed up in a figure-hugging, steel-and-black vintage style mini dress, Patience was looking much less slut-tastic than usual for a night out at the club. Hell, she wasn't even promoting any slogans tonight.
Laughingly, she plucked at the elastic band that was keeping the party hat from falling off of Pat's head and kissed him back. As the birthday girl and the guest of honor, she was graced with a hugely tacky, silver-sequined birthday tiara. It was greatness.
"I'm having a lot of fun," she admitted to him, smiling and glad to have their friends around. It was...as close to the way things had been pre-drama as they probably could possibly be right now.
