I Can Haz Apocalypse Nao? Part I
Who: Azrael & Pierce Japhrimel OT: Luci & the Four
Where: Random coffeeshop
When: Saturday evening
Note: Players, make sure you read this before replying, please!
He sat at one of the little tables outside the coffeeshop, a cup of your standard brew sat in front of him, steaming and untouched since he ordered it. Azrael didn't exactly blend in, but the fallen angel really didn't see the need. It wasn't his job as Lucifer's Right Hand to blend in. It was his job to assist and protect.
Azrael waited until an attractive young man sat at his table and anyone who knew Tierce Japhrimel would almost say that this man who sat down would be a dead ringer for the exiled dragon. Indeed, in all physical details Pierce Japhrimel was identical to his brother. However, as said before, anyone who knew Tierce would know for a fact that Pierce could not be his brother for his clothing appearance was the complete opposite: His face was devoid of any make-up or piercings and appeared fresh faced, unassuming. Not a thread of dark clothing adorned his body. In fact, Pierce's clothing was as unassuming as the rest of him: Plain t-shirt, plain dark jeans, and plain black boots. If it wasn't for the dragon's hair, no one would notice him in a crowd.
The fallen angel pushed the mug of coffee toward the dragon and merely said, "Drink this." Pierce lifted a brow in reaction, "And what's this?"
"Assurances that you'll tell the Truth." Pierce laughed in reply, "Oh, someone hasn't done his homework." Azrael tilted his head, "Your clan, specifically, are notorious for skirting and manipulating the Truth. Drink the coffee or your audience with Lucifer ends now." Amusement was still plain on Pierce's face, but he complied, lifting the mug of java to his lips and downed the contents.
"Happy?" The dragon asked as he replaced the mug on the table. The fallen angel made no verbal reply. He simply stood and took a step back, leaving the previously occupied chair available for his master.
