There wasn't much he could do with his left arm. It was a dead weight and aside from what he'd told Max, part of him wished it had been cut off and cauterized.
He was just alert enough to turn as Nathaniel's foot struck out at him again. He caught the leg with his good arm and twisted, his knee coming up to slam into the other man's groin.
With a grunt, he let go...just as the proverbial fireworks began. Lightning rained down from above and the opponent - the non-human portion, at least - began to go down.
He looked at Nathaniel as he backed away. "Game over. For now."
