Oh God Oh God We're All Gonna Die?

Was in a fair foul mood going out to fetch some honey for Ava. Ended up driving to Costco, figured they'd have the biggest jug of honey to be found. Managed to get in and out of the store in just under ten minutes flat, even with the scent of blood wafting over from the butchers department. Three days without blood, even I was getting a bit peckish. Had a nip from my flask while waiting in line at the queue to pay. Caught a look from the register girl, but I think she might of just been jealous as the woman in front of me had loaded up a cart with enough supplies to take a covered wagon across the continent. Picked up a few other bits to help dress Ava's burns as well, to go along with the five liters of honey I'd bought.

Made my way out of the store and back to the flat, surprising niblet who was still tending to Ava. "She still out of it is she?" The smell of her burns starting to fester was hitting my vamp senses hard. Dawn nodded and I gave her the extra gauze and ointment I'd picked up. Grabbed a brandy glass and poured some honey in it, letting Ava catch a sniff before pouring a bit in her mouth.

"Didn't realize we were gone for that long Dawnie. You'd of gone to your sis soon enough right?" Idea of her alone wasn't really something I cared much for. With Wes off to who knows where as well I should have made Gwen wait. "We should have told Gwen to go stuff herself."
