"Well I don't want you to suffocate in your sleep or anything." Didn't have much with me in the way of extra clothes, just a spare change I needed to wash sometime soon. Since I didn't see a washing machine I had a feeling that might be a while from now.

"Got sent to Alaska once on a case and after that I told my boss I was done with cold weather assignments. He's from Florida so that was ok with him." Chicago was as far north as I liked to venture, and that was in August. Being up here was creeping me out a little, but I couldn't tell her that.
